３．Purpose for establishment：
      The Association is established for the purpose of enhancing mutual understanding among people all over the world and understanding regarding Japan by people of developing countries through the provision of education mainly in accounting and policy studies.

５．Activities
（１）Global University of Extension School (GUES) Project
  The Association provides the following education programs:
（ａ）Community College
（ｂ）Business Training School
（ｃ）Short term Training

（２）International Consortium
  The Association engages in the following activities:
  　　（ａ）supporting foreign organizations’ (universities/colleges) activities in Japan
  　（ｂ）organizing international seminars/symposia
  （ｃ）assisting foreign scholars
