The Association of Accounting and Public Policy was established in 2014 for making research in the fields of accounting and public policy and carrying out education activities in those fields.

In this era, supply chains and value chains have developed across national borders while linking many points all over the world. People are connected with each other through participating in such chains by engaging in various kinds of daily economic activities. This kind of phenomenon may be recognized in quite a few scenes, such as when one goes to a supermarket and looks at the commodities there, which come from all over the world after passing through many different production processes. It is also well known that products such as electric devices, motorcycles and cars, which are "made in Japan", are produced using many parts imported from other countries. Moreover, there are many companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange that have more sales overseas than sales in Japan.

We believe that this kind of globalization of the economy will expand more and that we need to support people to be ready for this situation. This is the reason that we established this Association. We would like to provide people with a leading-edge education that catches what the world wants people to acquire. We would like to invent an education system and program for developing people who play active and leading roles in building the future in this globalized world.

Our faculty, who have outstanding careers all over the world, provide several kinds of courses, mainly in the fields of accounting and public policy, and organize teams of administrative staff and design curricula. We are also ready to arrange courses for education and training in fields other than accounting and public policy in accordance with the needs and requirements of students and the social situation.

We would like to contribute to people and society through the provision of education for growing people who actively participate in this globalized world. We welcome you to join our program for developing yourself and your future.
