Dr. Toshifumi TAKADA
Dr. Toshifumi Takada, a professor of Tohoku University Accounting School, served as a CPA examination commissioner from 2001 to 2003. He has held many important posts, including the special commissioner of the Business Accounting Council of the Financial Service Agency, councilor of the Japan Accounting Association, President of the Japan Audit Association, and director of the Japan Internal Control Association. As the chairperson of the core curriculum exploratory committee of the Graduate Schools for Professional Accountancy from 2009 to 2010, Dr. Takada planned and carried out surveys, symposiums and study groups about accounting education and has worked on planning the core curriculum of accounting schools. Dr. Takada, who has played a central role in the establishment and organization of the Japan Association of Graduate Schools for Professional Accountancy, is now President of the association and has continued to work to improve the quality of accounting education and is known for having a wide international network.
Mr. Hitoshi OHNISHI
Mr. Hitoshi OHNISHI
Mr. Hitoshi Ohnishi is Professor Emeritus of Tohoku University. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo in 1972, and completed PhD course work at the Department of Political Science, University of California in Berkeley. He was a research fellow of International Politics at University of Tokyo, an associate professor of International Politics at Tohoku University in Sendai, and a full professor of International Relations there from 1989 to 2013. He used to be a Senior Associate Member of St Antony's College, Oxford University, UK, a visiting professor at Tsinghua University, China, and Ecole normale supérieure-léttres et sciences humaines (ENS-LSH), France. His research field is international relations, particularly the transformation of the nation- state system, nuclear disarmament, and globalization and the rise of ethnocentric nationalism. He was a Council Member of the Political Science Association of Japan, President of the Peace Studies Association of Japan, a Council Member of the Pugwash Conferences of Science and World Affairs and Chair of Pugwash Japan. He served as Vice President to Tohoku University from 2002 to 2008 and played the leading role in starting the double MA degree programmes between Tohoku University and INSA de Lyon, Ecole Centrale de Lyon and Tsinghua University. He also took the essential part in launching and operating the double PhD degree programmes between Tohoku University and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, Taiwan National University, Yonsei University, Seoul National University, the University of Sheffield, ENS-Lyon, Lumière Lyon 2, Heidelberg University, etc. He was awarded Docteur Honoris Causa (honorary degree) by ENS-LSH (France) in December, 2009.

Dr. Dali HU , an Ph. D. in management, graduated from Tohoku University, Japan.
And now is an associate professor of business school of Northeast Normal University , china.
Also Serves as a member of the Japan Audit Research Association and the Japan Internal Control Research Association.
Main research production include“An Empirical Study of the Effect of Accounting Firms’ Consulting Services for J-SOX in Japan” , “internal control Quality, Client Bargaining Power, and Audit Fees” and “the effect of internal control over financial reporting system in Japan” etc, which are all published on leading journals in Japan.
He was also the promoter of IGSAP double-degree project between Northeast Normal University and Tohoku University, and now responsible for it.
